Wczoraj miałem okazję zanurzyć się w wyjątkowej atmosferze Fun House Katowice, całkiem nowej miejscówce na Śląsku. Spotkanie z założycielami tylko pogłębiło moje pozytywne wrażenia. To nie tylko salon gier, to oaza pasji i miłości do nich, czego dowodem są, oprócz wielu „eksponatów”, liczne sukcesy i nagrody zdobyte na flipperowych turniejach. Strefa wejściowa pełna jest pucharów i nagród, świadczących o niezwykłych umiejętnościach założycieli. 

Przy wejściu wita nas figurka bohatera gry Fun House – Rudy. Schodząc na dolną kondygnację, oczom naszym ukazuje się główna sala, pełna wyjątkowych maszynek. W Fun House Katowice nie zabraknie rozrywki dla starszych i trochę młodszych – oprócz flipperów, czekają na nas gry arcade oraz klasyczne konsole do gier, takie jak Playstation czy Sega. Każda maszyna utrzymana jest w dobrym, grywalnym stanie, tj. nie zauważyłem istotnych usterek mających wpływ na przyjemność z gry, co tylko potwierdza dbałość Właścicieli o każdy detal.

Choć niektóre z flipperów były chwilowo wyłączone z powodu napraw w toku, a inne czekały na swoją kolej w niewielkim magazynie obok głównej sali, pozostałe dostarczyły mi mnóstwo rozrywki. Wprawdzie w miejscówce tej brakuje absolutnych hitów z pierwszych miejsc rankingów (poza TAF i WW), to dostępne tytuły z pewnością zaspokoją apetyty nawet najbardziej wymagających graczy.

Jako ciekawostkę dodam, że na kilku backboxowych translite widać komputerowe i graficzne talenty naszego Kolegi z forum - Xianka (np. Jack Bot).

Pomimo dobrego standardu już na starcie, mam nadzieję, że Fun House Katowice będzie się z każdym miesiącem rozwijać, jak ma to miejsce w przypadku podobnych salonów gier w Warszawie czy Krakowie. 

Należy życzyć założycielom wszystkiego najlepszego, niech flippery nadal przynoszą im i ich gościom radość i zabawę!
